We are experienced travel agents with actual product knowledge of the destinations and products that we are selling for our travel partners. We can put together packages as well as our specialty, Air Only itineraries. We will do all of the exhausting legwork involved in getting a fair deal in todays' air travel industry. We understand that it takes some time and patience in calling the various suppliers and waiting on hold while they try to find the best price for you, our clients.
Most travel agents today are satisfied with one or two quotes for an itinerary, they are too busy and they don't have time to save their clients any money.
Our customers appreciation and ultimate happiness with the experience of travel is our goal. Therefore, our first priority is to save money for our customers, giving them the willingness to travel in the near future. 95% of our business is repeat customers, and those customers are our priority. We graciously welcome all new customers and promise to give them a level of service equal to that of our repeat customers. To eliminate soft bookings we ask all new customers to purchase our travel certificates. These certificates will act as a booking deposit and hold space for one person each.
We have built relationships with several International Air Consolidators who deal solely with travel agents. We are confident that you wont find a better price elsewhere , therefore, all of our certificates are fully refundable.
